Lynn is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and can offer a variety of approaches to appropriately meet your fitness goals.  She has been a professional fitness instructor for 18 years, including modalities such as Kickboxing, TRX training, Pilates Mat, Step Aerobics, Senior Fitness, High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, Zumba, and Yoga. Personal recreational favorites are running, hiking, and biking.
